you should have regular antenatal checkup during pregnancy. Visit your near medical centre for it.
Get all blood test done during pregnany
follow immunization schedule
go for walks and perform yoga. Exercises will be shown in medical centre.
Have nutritious diet. Have plenty of green vegetables and fruits.
All this will help you in normal delivery

Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Do meditation for mental strength. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs for normal delivery.

For Normal delivery First' of all your baby's position in uterus is very important. Which is decided after 8 and 1/2 month s of pregnancy. 2nd cervical. Softning. 3rd your pelvic bone ,pelvic bone cavity ka shape, foetus pelvic bone relation. If all are well for normal delivery walk, house hold work. Pelvic floor exercise is important.

Yes, in India vaccum delivery is done by practically all Gynecologist-Obstetrician but then it is not called normal delivery, it is called vaccum extraction vaginal delivery
