Hi, thanks for writing in, welcome to the forum. 222 is on the lower side of the normal range but not abnormal. Supplementing B12 is regardless a good idea. But it is questionable if your symptoms are related to B12. We will also need to evaluate for alternative causes and treat accordingly. Take care!

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.

Hello,
maxgalin (pregabalin) group of medicines are better to be avoided on a long run for its side effects and dose increase. It can better be replaced with other preferred options like gabapentin etc. In your case, if you are having progressive symptoms lately, you need to go through a check up to prevent increase in pain.
Get well soon.

Take a warm bath, and then gently stretch your muscles. If you have pain in the lower part of your leg, try pointing and straightening your toes when sitting or standing. If you have pain in the upper part of your leg, try to bend over and touch your toes. You can do this while sitting on the ground or standing up.
