The most important tool for reducing nervousness is exercise. Exercise is more than just something you do for your own physical fitness. It allows you to easily reduce your nervousness because it increases production of relaxing neurotransmitters while simultaneously burning hormones caused by stress and tiring the muscles so that anxiety symptoms are less severe. If you do nothing else for your nervousness, you still need to start exercising.

Bartholin's cysts are common. Fluid may accumulate when the opening of the Bartholin's gland becomes obstructed due to an infection or 'INJURY'.
If it is not causing you any pain or discomfort there is no apparent need to worry. Taking warm baths can help in getting it self-resolved. If the cyst has grown too large it may be surgically drained.
If you still have some queries you may reach me to discuss.
Take care.

Depression is related to suppressing the core negative belief that is causing mental suffering and continuous overthinking.
The fact that you are having nervous breakdowns is that a particular thought keeps on crossing your mind and when you try to suppress it, you feel suffocated. You need to consult a psychologist and express your thoughts. Through Therapy the core issue can be found out and resolved, and you can be rescued from your sulking pattern.
