Myopathy is usually a progressive disorder but sometimes it is self arrested.
Do physiotherapy to prevent contractures & deformities.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.

inj dinabol 25 mg im weekly x 6wks.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
This disease does not affect the intelligence of the patient

There is no medication as such for DMD in any system. As said Physiotherapy will help to prevent contractures worsening of the condition. Please register in the Muscular Dystrophy society as they will help to keep you updated on any newer form of therapy.

Muscular dystrophy has no available treatment at present.
Ozone is not a modality of treatment for muscular dystroply.
It is a genetic disease. Till date no treatment is available for cure. But people can live with the disease with some limitations.
