Do physiotherapy to prevent contractures & deformities.
Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder.

inj dinabol 25 mg im weekly x 6wks.
You will need other supportive medicines also.
This disease does not affect the intelligence of the patient

Hi sir, muscular dystrophy is a muscle degenerative condition. Physiotherapy treatment is the best option. Exercises should be given to keep the muscles in active state and stabilise the joints. There is no medication as such for DMD in any system. As said Physiotherapy will help to prevent contractures worsening of the condition. Please register in the Muscular Dystrophy society as they will help to keep you updated on any newer form of therapy.
