Dear dengue can be distinguished with high grade fever with sever body pain, bone pain also called as break bone fever. Blood pictures are typically low platelet count.
Malaria characterises with fever followed by sweating and again fever.
Antimalarial s both available in tablet forms as well as injectable.
Selection made on condition of patients & investigations reports if any.

u get high fever with feeling of cold abd shivering and after some time u get sweating. u can have head ache , body ache , nausea vomiting , weakness , loss of appetite , blood can tested for malaria parasite( blood for MP) in any laboratory
