The principal symptoms of dengue are:
-high fever and at least two of the following:
-severe headache
-severe eye pain (behind eyes)
-joint pain
-muscle and/or bone pain
-rash
-mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising)

There are four types of Malaria caused by a parasite transmitted to blood by a mosquito carrying these parasites. Irregular Fever with chills or bodyache, headache etc are usual complaints. Must be confirmed by a blood test. Measures to prevent mosquito bite necessary like repellants, liquiid repellent, mosquito curtain etc.
