The most important symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. This is the classic sign. But there are other symptoms too like feeling weakness, sleepiness, feeling depressed, nausea, vomitting, giddiness, increased frequency of urination, some breast tenderness. Etc.
But these symptoms happen in other diseases too like acidity etc.
So the best way to detect pregnancy is to do urine pregnancy test after a missed period. Kindly do this test in a lab and not on kits available in medical store...more
