I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
If elevated abnormal liver enzymes are present, it could indicate liver damage, as these enzymes are normally only found within the liver. In most cases, liver enzyme levels are only mildly or temporarily elevated and don't signal a serious liver problem.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

No they are not symptoms of liver damage. These are symptoms of boredom and low carbohydrate diet. Change your diet, add different varieties of food. Carbohydrate is also an essential part of food and diet. You can consult me through Lybrate for homoeopathic treatment and further guidance about it.

Regular alcohol intake in moderate quantity or occasionally usually does not damage kidneys so badly and rapidly leading to failure. There must be some other cause for kidney failure in your friend. Causes for kidney failure are long standing diabetes (20 plus yrs), not well controlled, high bp again of long standing, kidney infections or other diseases of kidney. Usual symptoms may be swelling of lower limbs, reduced urination, passing of albumin in urine etc.
