You have to recognize your symptoms whether they are really indicative of depression.

Dear lybrate-user, its already proven that Ayurveda has the best possible treatment for any Liver diseases available till now. There is a herb named Bhumyamlaki (phylanthus niruri) is very effective in controlling Bilirubin level. It cab consumed in a dose of 3 grams three times a day on one hour before each meal. The fatty liver the build up fat in the liver normally there is some amount of fat is normal in liver but if it more than 5to 10% of the at of! over then it is fatty liver it is a reversable condition that can be resolved with changed lifestyles there two types alcoholic and non alcoholic it normally had no symptoms and typically does not cause permanent damage. You are on borderline of these parameters, so do not get distressed by overthinking ,because you are not in liver damage condition. These parameters also increases in continuous and excessive alcohol consumption and some dietery alteration. Untill and unless you are not suffering from severity of symptoms you should not get that much worried.
