Cancer is abnormal uncontrolled growth of cells, presenting as lump anywhere like in breast, neck, armpits etc. Nonhealing ulcer, abnormal bleeding from Anywhere, weight loss, altered bowel habits, difficulty in swallowing, change in voice, breathing difficulty etc depending on organ affected.

Cancer has no symptoms in initial stage. It is a silent killer.
It gets into picture only in a well developed stage.

Ulcer, bleeding, severe throat infection, recurrent infection, swelling lymph nodes of cervical region, but this may or may not be due to cancer ,u need to consult a ENT specialist.

dear sir, blood cancer is mostly caused by some aberrant genes. usually causing uncontrolled growth of one of the components of blood like white blood cells etc. mostly presenting as fever, mostly prolonged, frequent infections , bleeding or easy bruising, bone pains, lymph node or organ enlargement mostly liver , spleen,. one can die of uncontrolled or relapsed disease which becomes refractory to chemotherapy or due to one of the complications like infection, bleeding etc.

Dear sir, generally blood cancer presents as frequent infections, frequent fever, weakness, bleeding from any site, easy bruising, cough, bone pains, palpable lymphadenopathy or organ enlargement, like liver, spleen etc depending on type of cells effected. Analysis can be done by blood examination, peripheral smear, bone marrow Examination, flowcytometry, some times radiological scanning.
