Cancer may present as lump, ulceration which doesn't heal, bleeding from Anywhere, weight loss, difficulty in swallowing, change in voice, change in bowelor bladder habits. Externally lump, ulceration can be identified but for other symptoms we have to clinically evaluate.

symptoms of cancer depends upon the organ, no chemotherapy can't prevent cancer. It treats cancer, means given after cancer is diagnosed. Surgery and radiotherapy are other modalities to treat cancer.

Dear sir, blood cancer is caused by abnormal uncontrolled proliferation of one of the components of blood causing suppression of others.hence leading to symptoms like palpable lump or lymphadenopathy, anemia, easy bleeding or bruising, prolonged fever and frequent infection, bone pains or organ enlargement. You can do blood and bone marrow Examination to diagnose. Treatment is done by chemotherapy.

I believe you are asking for peenile cancer. Common symptoms are any recent onset non healing or progressively growing ulcer or proliferation that bleeds to touch, recent onset difficulty in retracting prepuce, foul smelling discharge, or enlarged nodes in groin. If still concerned please consult.
