Dear sir, blood cancer presents as uncontrolled proliferation of one of the components of blood causing suppression of others. Hence leading to symptoms like prolonged fever, frequent infection, anemia, bleeding from anywhere or easy bruising, cough, lymph node enlargement, liver or spleen enlargement etc. Yes it is possible to cure blood cancer by chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation and now we have many long term survivors leading healthy life.

Manifestations of localised lung cancer may be shortness of breath, unexplained persistent cough, blood in sputum, constant chest pain. If the disease has spread to other organs, it may manifest as headache and vomitting, back and bont pains, weakness in limbs, loss of appetite and significant weight loss.

Cancer is abnormal uncontrolled proliferation of cells Leading to symptoms like palpable lump or lymphadenopathy, Ulceration which doesn't heal, bleeding from Anywhere, weight loss , difficulty in swallowing, change in voice, altered bowel habits etc depending on organ affected.
We can only diagnose it by regular screening checks and health check up in combination with self examination on monthly basis.

Respected Sukanya so far as causes are concerned there are vivid and so many . Major are hereditary genes, having long standing lumps in breast not treated, no breast feeding to child is also there & lot many. Symptoms are lump in breast , occasionally pain, deviation of nipple & areola , asymmetry in size of both breasts, weight loss loss of appetite in advance stage .
