Hello,
you might have chronic infection in which infection stays for long time but sometimes symptoms are not there and whenever immune system or cold weather or external fector influences this happens again.
Do warm water gargling in the morning.
Wear cap over head while going out in windy night or morning.
And for medicine please consult privately or your own choice of ent doctor.

Asymptomatic syphilis stage occurs in two phases: early (within 1 year of infection) and late (after 1 year), and follows secondary syphilis. Late latent syphilis is noninfectious. The bacteria remain inactive in the lymph nodes and the spleen. Latency can last 3–30 years and may or may not progress to the final, or tertiary, syphilis. About 30 percent of infected people persist in a latent state.
