Loss of appetite, vomiting sensation, fever and possibly jaundice are the symptoms of liver damage. Chicke pox starts with fever headache, bodyache and watery eruption all ove body starting form face chest back and spreading to legs. Older ones dry and newer ones appear with watre collection. May stay for 5 - 7 days.

The damaged kidney is not routinely removed. However, if it has got infection, tumour, obstruction, large stones, or if it is creating problems like protein loss, occupying a lot of space, causing hypertension etc then it is removed.
The transplanted kidney is usually placed in right or left lower abdomen.

As you have already mentioned you are having only one kidney so i just want to let you know sir increase in size of your another kidney could be a part of compansatory mechanism because your single kidney is doing overwork than its capacity so it is obvious to get increase in size, if you are not facing any other problematic symptoms like pain or any sensation or any urine related issuesthen this is not a big deal just stay relaxed and dont get stressed unneccessarly.

Hello. Renal infection may have symptoms like fever, pain in groin or back, frequent urination, offensive odor in urine. Renal disease can be of many types so symptoms will vary accordingly. Still common symptoms are loss of appetite, nausea,vomiting, sleep problems etc.
