Coughing especially at night, during exercise
Sneezing, running nose, sore throat,
Shortness of Breath, sleeping trouble

You need to do certain tests to find out. Like cbc, x-ray chest and then mri or ct scan. If weight loss is there inspite of eating well n no other disease then you should not delay.
