Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. Usually you should get relief in 10 days. steam inhalation two times a day and drinking lot of water will speed up the recovery process. I would advise you to wait for one month at least before going for flu shot. In Indian scenario, flu shot is not advisable in a 49 year old healthy person. I would advise good food and exercise for disease prevention.
