shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe.
High fever.
Profuse sweating.
Headache.
Nausea.
Vomiting.

If CD4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms

Hello,
you might have chronic infection in which infection stays for long time but sometimes symptoms are not there and whenever immune system or cold weather or external fector influences this happens again.
Do warm water gargling in the morning.
Wear cap over head while going out in windy night or morning.
