Coughing, fever, chest pain on coughing are symptoms of pulmonary (lungs) Tuberculosis. But Tuberculosis can occur anywhere in body which may not cause any symptoms. But weight loss is not the symptom of only Tuberculosis. Do Thyroid function test. Do ultrasound whole abdomen. CBC With ESR. DO BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS FASTING AND POSTMEAL. DO TB PCR.

With metoprolol, some amount of feet swelling is expected. Try to keep your feet raised while sitting and sleeping and try walking about at regular intervals, without sitting or standing for prolonged periods. As for acidity, aspirin is the culprit, but since you need it for your heart condition, try to manage it with plenty of water and avoiding spicy food.
