You are saying you have hypothyroidism and sugar problem but it appears you are taking only eltroxin tablets for correction of hypothyroidism. What about diabetes treatment? diabetes rarely produces any noticeable symptoms until it becomes really severe. Hypothyroidism is unlikely to add to diabetic symptoms. Basically feeling weak, tired and lethargic are the symptoms one notices.
