Symptoms of hypoglycemia (low glucose) include tired feeling, sweating on face, blurring of vision, confusion, difficult to think clearly, giddiness etc. Hunger may or may not be felt. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Post prandial hypoglycemia means getting low blood glucose after a few hours of having food. This is called as reactive hypoglycemia. To overcome that following points are suggested.
Eat a well-balanced diet, including lean and nonmeat sources of protein, and high-fiber foods, including whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
Avoid sugary foods, especially on an empty stomach.

Both are not good.
Hypoglycemia is acute event and hyperglycemia takes few days to develop.
Hypoglycemia requires immediate correction and can be corrected in short time if diagnosis is correct.
