If someone get infected with hiv. Then his/her immunity systems goes weak. And get infected with viral infection or illness.
Person has not cure soon.
It takes time more. Person get illness again and again.

Fever with cough with loss of appetite with weight loss is a typical symptom of tuberculosis and aids is caused by hiv organism and if cd4 count is with in normal limits than the person is asymptomatic and if the level is low than there can be lymphadenopathy and secondary infections which have their own symptoms.
