It shows a pre-diabetic state. However, there can be 10-15 % variability in the glucometer readings. It would be ideal to check blood sugar both fasting and pp in the lab once a year. Doing an hba1c also helps in diagnosis. Alternatively, you can get a glucose tolerance test done also.

Hello Sir,
Your symptoms are vague. If you are worried that your are having diabetes, you can get fasting blood glucose and 2 hour post meal blood glucose (called post prandial blood glucose) levels done. These tests are inexpensive and cost around Rs100/-. If these tests are normal then you are unlikely to have diabetes. Then your symptoms could be due to lack of sugar in your body when you are hungry. At that time you can take a healthy snack like buttermilk, fruits, milk etc

Frequency of urination,increased appetite and thirst. Normal Fasting blood sugar is 75 to 115 mg per dl and post prandial blood sugar is less than 140 mg per dl.A person is considered diabetic if fasting sugar is more than 140 and PP is more than 200.

Hi, Take Rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach.
Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake.
go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes.
