If it is a very recent one do try Homeopathy first. Homeopathy is a very good friend of diabetics, because it may not only reduce the sugar count in many cases, but it can cure diabetes also, provided the patient follows dietary precautions and physical movements. If it cannot cure, it can drastically help in improving the quality of life in terms of preventing or delaying the diabetic effects on kidneys, eyes etc. I observe great effects using homeopathy in diabetics. It can treat wonderfully t...more

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Blood glucose can only acertained by examining the same. At home one can check it with a glucometer or in a near by clinical lab. The symptoms of high blood glucose include excess urination, more hunger, and excess eating, unexplained tiredness and weight loss. But these are not absolutely specific. One needs to get blood glucose (fasting and PP) checked plus also HbA1c %.Thanks.

1)You don't drink enough water
2)You're not consuming enough iron.An iron deficiency can leave you feeling sluggish, irritable, weak, and unable to focus.
3)skip breakfast .The food you eat fuels your body, and when you sleep, your body continues using what you consumed at dinner...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Both FBG & PP are with in normal range. But HbA1c% is showing the diabetic value.
Following are the values for diagnosis :
1)Normal : FBG 70 to 100 mg, PP < 140 mg, HbA1c% < 5.7%.

3)Diabetes : FBG 126 mg and above, PP 200 mg and above & HbA1c% 6.5% and above.
