It is very high. Your age? get done fasting as well as postprandial blood sugar report, hba1c report, lipid profile for cholesterol, serum creatinine, urine albumin. Check your blood pressure. Revert back with all these and I will discuss for further management plan. Most likely you will have to start medicines for diabetes. Were you having symptoms like increased appetite, increased urine frequency, weight loss, increased thirst?

Increase thirst, increased frequency of urination are some initial symptoms of diabetes but it can vary from being completely asymptomatic to non specific symptoms like weakness, loss of weight, tingling in feet, dry mouth, blurry vision, burning during urination. By sugar, I presume you mean diabetes.
Type-2 diabetes in about 50 percent of people is asymptomatic- that means they do not have any symptoms. It is found out incidentally by doing blood glucose test for some other reason. In about 50 percent, the patients have symptoms like loss of weight, increased hunger and thirst, increased urination, tiredness, skin problems etc.
