Hello, kind of swelling in parotid gland it's lower so called sisladentis sbut above if it is called mumps.
Precautions
not to take food or share anything with any one it's contagious.
Treatment tab augmentine duo three times a day after food for three to four times.
Signoflam three times a day after food for three to five days. Chymoral forte three times a day after food for three to five days. Betadine mouth rinse add ,5 ml in one cup warm water rinse n spit it out.

He may be having a local infection which may be persistently present. Kids tend to have such troubles around throat and neck yet, one has to determine if that's a single lymph node or there is a bunch of them present. If it's a bunch of lumps at the place I would be more worried.

The report" paucicellular smear means that the sample taken does not contain enough body tissues to make a definite diagnosis. The fnac needs to be repeated or better still, a lymph node excision biopsy can be done.
