Did sweat go into eye?
Is there any pimple or pus points on eyelid?
Take a clear photo one of eyelid after pulling it up as much as possible and one focussing on iris and pupil.
Also are there any symptoms of fever
blur vison,
photophobia and watering.
Detailed history needed for treatment.
