Bags under eyes — mild swelling or puffiness under the eyes — are common as you age. With aging, the tissues around your eyes, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids, weaken. Normal fat that helps support the eyes can then move into the lower eyelids, causing the lids to appear puffy.

Try to disuade him doing excessive mobile use. However it may be difficult to explain to youngs. Start 'Trifla phant' eye wash prepared of clean and good quality coarse Trifla. If possible get organic fresh corriander bunch and extract it and put few drops in both eyes whenever possible. Let it dry. It may crystallize. Triphala eye drops are mainly to soothe the eye.
You have pseudoexfoliation glaucoma and using latanoprost.
It's better that you keep a gap of atleast 20-30 mins between these two drops if there is an overlap because triphala eye drops can reduce the efficiency of latanoprost in reducing your eye pressure.

Did sweat go into eye?
Is there any pimple or pus points on eyelid?
Take a clear photo one of eyelid after pulling it up as much as possible and one focussing on iris and pupil.
Also are there any symptoms of fever
blur vison,
photophobia and watering.
Detailed history needed for treatment.
