When you have gone for three c.t.scans and the diagnosis was of swollen lymph nodes.in my opinion it may be tubercular abdomen.
In my opinion you should go for elisa test for tuberculosis by blood examination.
Mri will show same thing in different locations.

Better to see a head and neck surgeon or an Oncosurgeon. It is more likely an acute infection or TB than cancer or lymphoma. They may ask for an Ultrasound or FNAC of the same.

If it is proved beyond doubt that lymphadenitis is due to tuberculosis then by taking antitubercular treatment they usually subside within few months of starting the treatment.

To summarize she has a breast lesion and bone lesion. We need to review the PET CT images. In the absence of axillary lymphadenopathy it is unlikely that bone lesions is due to cancer.
