Esr is usually increased in inflammatory conditions such as trauma, infections and in few non inflammatory conditions also. How much is the esr and what about crp (c reactive protein). Depending on how much esr is elevated and also other tests can come to a conclusion.

Try to avoid trauma or get it operated.better on their own without any treatment. If you have a large bone cyst or the cyst starts to cause symptoms, you may need treatment to remove it or drain the fluid from it.

You please take --- tab montewin -- f one tab daily empty stomach. Tab rabemac --dsr + tab gifexin 200 mg twice daily after meals.
Cap vizylac one at bedtime. Before this take tab nirocil twice daily. Take all these for 10 days than let me know response.

Multiple painful lymph nodes swellings in axilla--disappearing on taking antibiotics and then reappearing ---means --it can be due to any skin or deep infections in hand or neck; chest; etc mobileso kindly treat any wound; boils ;abscess etc in your hands ;neck; chest etc until completely curedmobilekindly consult a doctor and have a complete physical check-up and clinical investigations --if you can't locate the source.
