The most common cause of swelling in breast in your age group is fibroadenoma. It is in the form of lump in one or both breast. Usually is is painless but some times pain could occur. You should go to gynecologist for proper checkup. Wear appropriate size brassier[ neither too tight nor too loose]. Sleep at night without it.

Biopsy only answer, stop being afraid, go ahead and make it clear. It seems its normal may turn out only fibroadenosis which is normal at this age.

Breast pain is a common problem if it occurs before periods, because it happens due to hormonal changes, that's why it is lighter after menses. Though you can not feel some lump/swelling, still you may go for ultrasound examination of breasts. For pain you are taking paracetamol tablets which is ok. Also wearing a well fitting bra may help.
