It seems that you have fungal infection of feet. Try to keep your feet dry. Whenever possible keep feet exposed to air. When you have to wear socks use talcum or medicated powder. For medication consult me in private.

Excessive hand sweating is a condition called hyperhidrosis. Aldry lotion contains aluminium chlorohydrate which is a effective anti perspirant. It may cause skin irritation and damage your clothes. Apply it every night where you sweat more. If you develop skin irritation. Speak to your dermatologist.

This is perfectly normal though it causes nuisance. Please accept the condition and get along. You may use talcum powder and handkerchief to manage it temporarily. The condition being normal has no treatment. Don't waste money and time.

. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
