It can be due excessive Pitta in body. Take saunf 1 tsp after each meal. And take 15 20 dry black grapes after 2 hr of meal. Constipation must be cleared. I need more details for better treatment.

Hello lybrate-user. Excessive sweating in hands and feet is due to overactive eccrine glands in your hands and feet. It may be due to anxiety. Or it maybe due to thyroid problem. You should get your thyroid profile done. Also apply deodorant on your hands and feet while going out. It will decrease the sweat secretion.
