Dear lybrate-user
there are other treatment options and since sympathectomy is a permanent option, it should be kept to the last, when all other treatment has failed. Sympathectomy will come with its own set of side effects. Please speak to your surgeon freely before you undertake this
take care.

Dear mam
what you are describing is probably justhereditary. Unfortunately the only medicines which can reduce your symptoms will have ,many other side effects, hence will not be advised. However, your sweating problem can be reduced or tackled by some diet & exercise modifications .antiperspirants can be used for temporary relief. Please contact for specific advise.

If the sweating isn't creating any social hindrance, it isn't a problem to be addressed. Try lifestyle changes. More airy clothes, weightloss using appropriate workout and diet. Medicines are the last resort to your problem.
