It can be controlled not cured.

Lot of persons have such symptoms some due to sun some in winter itch start as sunlight falls. As such no treatment, but some use wipes some persons take cetrizine. It may cause dizzy. But they take black coffee to resolve it.

Bath with water treated with alum means alum to rotate in water5 -6 times, alum to apply in axilla during bath. It's one of the way.
Other lot of deoderant against perspiration are available in mall's just choose n apply.
No medicine available.

It is unlikely that it was a heart attack. However, your weight for this height at your age, puts you at cardiovascular risk. I would therefore suggest you get cbc, lipid profile and a blood sugar done at the earliest so apprppriate treatment can be done if reuired.
Also, what you had was probably a case of severe indigestion.
