First of all you should change your eating habits like 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods7.take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 10. Maintain active life style exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, swimming, gymming etc. Now about point no. 10. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. On other days you can do cardio exercises. For more details you can consult me.

Stomach Infection - How To Administer It?

Stomach Infection - How To Administer It?

Food is one of the most common ways of getting an infection, and so the stomach is more prone to infections than other body parts. Whether it is eating raw or uncooked foods or unhygienic foods, the stomach bears the brunt of one’s bad food practices. The only consoling factor is that it is equally easy to treat a stomach infection if some simple measures are adhered to.

Read on to know some of the easiest and most effective ways to treat a stomach infection.

  1. Drink it right: What you drink and how you drink makes a lot of difference to the way your stomach infection will respond. The vomiting, diarrhoea and sweating are robbing the body of a lot of fluids, and so replenishing this fluid along with minerals is very essential. Ensure you drink a lot of clear liquids like water, coconut water, clear soups, sports drinks, and other energy drinks. Electrolyte replacement can be added to improve their efficacy. Herbal teas like ginger tea and peppermint tea are highly recommended to soothe the stomach too. At the same time, avoid caffeine, strong black tea, alcohol, and chocolate as they are detrimental to the already affected stomach.
  2. Eat right: Even on a regular basis, you are what you eat. So, when your stomach is already infected, eating right assumes a lot more importance. Go easy on the stomach and give it something easy to digest, yet of high nutritional value. Banana, rice, apple, and toast (abbreviated as BRAT) is very easy and packs in good nutrition for the recovering stomach. Avoid a lot of fibres, fatty foods, greasy foods, sugars, and dairy products which are hard for the stomach to digest. Eat small meals, but eat a lot more frequently than you otherwise would.
  3. Rest well: With the body losing a lot of fluids and nutrition along with it, the body would naturally feel very tired and fatigued. Let the body run its course, and give it the rest it demands. In the next couple of days, once the virus has run its course, this will resolve.
  4. Medications: Stomach infection is usually caused by a virus, and so antibiotics do not play a curative role here. However, if you have a high fever or body aches, Tylenol or acetaminophen can be used sparingly. If diarrhoea or vomiting is severe, loperamide or promethazine can also be used. However, this should be substituted with sufficient rest and nutrition (solid and liquids).

If these are not helping and you are not able to keep the food down, visit the doctor. Sometimes, a day or two in the hospital may be required for complete cure and recovery.

Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. One of the first options for treatment involves using prescription-strength antiperspirants on the affected areas. In severe cases, you may be asked to go through a surgery to remove the sweat glands or to disconnect the nerves responsible for the overproduction of sweat.

Hi, Some sweat profusely by nature. Profuse sweating leads to dehydration and thus one feels very tired. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, nimbu pani, buttermilk, etc to keep your body rehydrated. Drink ORS while exercising.

Sweaty palms, also known as palmar hyperhidrosis, is a condition that causes excessive sweating in the palms of the hands. Though it’s called sweaty palms, often times a person will experience both sweating in the palms of the hands and soles of the feet together. The symptoms of sweaty palms is exactly that—overactive sweat glands that result in excessive, uncontrolled sweating in the palms of the hands. There may be a genetic inheritance to sweaty palms that makes the condition run in families. Certain conditions can also cause sweaty palms, two medical procedures that may help treat sweaty palms are iontophoresis and an endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy. You may need a physical examination to figure out the actual cause and its possible cure.
