To which I can understand, the clicking sound is due to chewing and not swallowing. I suggest to consult 1) audiologist for proper hearing examination, 2) orthopaedic for proper joint (tmj) examination. Hope this helps.

Hi, poem is a relatively new procedure which involves cutting one layer of the muscular coat of the esophagus so as to relive the pressure at the junction between the food pipe and stomach when food passes down. Since this is a newer procedure, skills and results are variable.
