Dear ma'm
you will need vitamins. If you are referring to vitamin b12 deficiency you may have any vitamin containing at least 1500 mcg of vitamin b12 to start with. Dose can be reduced later. Include green leafy vegetables, fruits and pulses in your diet along with that to maintain the levels.

What is your exact concern to take this tablet. Please try to elaborate it. As such it doesn’t cause any side effects and you can have one daily. But if you do not have any problems then no need to take it.

Tablest will work just as well. However, start with one which has at least 1500 mcg b12. Gradually dose can be reduced depending upon response. Also, improve diet along with the vitamins.
