First start having small frequent meals, do not skip any meal from your routine. Skipping meals also trigger weight gain not weight loss. Have fat burning superfoods green tea, black coffee, black pepper etc. Drink lot of water, keep your body hydrated. Have a low carb, moderate protein and moderate fat diet.
