To get rid of sun tan: you have to
Mix a pinch of turmeric with some tablespoons of gram flour.
Add some milk and rose water into the mixture.
You might add powdered orange peel in the mask.
Apply the pack on the affected area for 20 minutes, remove the pack and wash with water.

Some people are excessively sensitive to sunlight. Sun tanning is a side effect of sunlight exposure. Its normal. Its not related to vit D deficiency. Use good sunprotection in form of umbrellas hats etc. Use a sunscreen with spf of atleast 30. Reapply every 3 hours.

Apply alovera gel and massage it,,take one tablespoon sugar,and honey and make a solution and use it as a scrubber,,use cucumber juice ,, use olive oil and chamomile oil to massage it,,use milk and banana to apply on that,,apply lemon and honey,this Will help to eradicate ur skin tan

for hand and feet you do gentle olive oil massage after washing at night it will make skin fair and healthy within 15 days

Tanning is effect of UV rays of sun & in my opinion glycolicacid (20%) peeling along with sun block gives best result.
