In my eyes there are red veins visible and they primarily come when I use phone and when those veins come I am unable to open my eyes even when some dust goes into the eyes same things happens it only gets normal when I sleep otherwise it become difficult for mw to even open eyes after using phone. Please suggest me some medicine as I have went to several doctors and I am getting only temporary relif till the time I am using my eyedrop.

First of all you should avoid long duration usage of screen if it is necessary than take break after every 30 min. Take foods rich of vit a like carrots
for relief at time of pain use refresh eye drops let me know if problem still persist.

My baby is 6 years old. I am using himalaya soap and powder for him. After using soap I use green gram powder with turmeric paste on his body. Now after going to school his skin has become very dry and the glow of skin is lost. Which soap is best to make his skin soft and glow. I have used sebamed and dove but both made skin too much dry. Can you please suggest a soap and lotion to regain his skins softness and glow. Sometimes of the day he looks very glowing and fair and some times on the same day he looks dry and dark.
