I think you have a problem with anger and may be it is there from childhood. Suicide is never an option and intense therapy is highly recommended. Pleases meet with a doctor and counselor immediately and do cooperate with both to your utmost. Identify the pain and deal with it soon. I think your anger is probably the most important emotion to deal with right now. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily, sleep well and live somewhat stress-free.

Valium and klonopin belongs to benzodiazepine class, benzodiazepine should not be taken longer than 6 months, these are highly addictive medicines, for quitting the medicine, kindly reduce the dose gradually (like klonopin 0.25 mg in day for week, after 1 week reduce it to 0.125 mg in day, like wise reduce the dose), do not stop medicines at once, gradually decrease the doses and observe for adverse effects, if found, kindly visit to the nearby physician asap.

Restyl is not given for more than 2 weeks for any condition, the cause for the same, like anxiety, stress, depression, etc needs to be taken. It is a highly habit forming medication with long term side effevt like shrinking of brain, personality changes, depression, withdrawal agitation or even seizures. So kindly consult any psychiatrist and fine way to wane of the same and get your primary condition treated. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user the symptoms you described appears to be sever in nature. Medication prescribed appears to be appropriate, but I feel dose is less for severity. Probably they started in this dose to avoid side effect. Though I should not interfere with ongoing treatment, but I feel if you give etizolam twice or thrice than reslessness should reduce.
