I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Since your body doesn't respond to insulin the same as most, your fasting blood sugar reading can go up, even if you follow a strict diet. The boost in sugar is your body's way of making sure you have enough energy to get up and start the day.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Hello blood sugar levels are high. I suggest you to take homoeopathic treatment along with above medicines to control sugar levels. Once sugar levels are in control you can cut off allopathic tablets. You can consult me online for treatment. Its completely safe.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. The glucose levels mentioned are very high. Since you have not mentioned following his weight, height, extent of daily exercise, HbA1c% & lipid profile, it is difficult to comment.
The treatment suggested seems a bit inadequate, so there is a need to look at the overall approach towards treating the condition. Just giving a tablet is not the treatment of diabetes. There is a need to look at overall lifestyle. If that is ...more

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. The glucose levels & hba1c% are too high. Similarly tgls also too high. This suggests that current treatment needs an urgent upgrade ideally fbg should be <100 ng or close to it. Pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5%,tgl around 150 mg. Another important aspect is the weight you have grade 2 obesity with a bmi of >36.1 kg/sq meter. So there's a need to look at not only the drugs but diet, exercise & weight reduction. So please co...more

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. There is nothing like "which medicine is best" all the drugs used to control diabetes are equally good. Each patient needs different drugs or different combinations for achieving better glucose control. Apart from the drugs most important part of the treatment is diet control and weight management. Looking at your height and weight, with a bmi of 26.19 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kgs/sq meter) you are already over weight or obese. ...more

Microalbuminuria indicates that diabetes has affected the filtering function of kidneys. The aim of telmisartan is to prevent further kidney damage as may happen in diabetes. Don't chase the microalbumin values. There is no point in repeating it frequently.
