Before food means random is normal up to 170 mg%
fasting up to 110 mg
after meal 2 hours it is 150 mg %
so both readings are normal

This suggests that current treatment needs an urgent upgrade ideally fbg should be <100 ng or close to it. Pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% <6.5%,tgl around 150 mg.
