Dear lybrate-user. Thanks for the question. Soft drinks contain acids and sugar, which have both Acidogenic and Carcinogenic properties. Over-consumption of fizzy drinks can have some serious health hazards. You have to be very cautious if you are addicted to such soft drinks. Coca-cola addiction is quite common. I suggest online behavioral therapy to overcome the addiction. Take care.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Heroin addiction comes under SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND ADDICTION. Deaddiction treatment is best suited for such addictions. Medically assisted drug detoxification or alcohol detoxification alone is ineffective as a treatment for addiction. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) recommends detoxification followed by both medication (where applicable) and behavioral therapy, followed by relapse prevention.
