Hello, this is hematoma formation and you should apply cold compresses over it for 20 min and repeat it twice a day. This shall help prevent spread and control bleeding from ruptured capillaries. It shall resolve naturally in a week.

It is quite possible that after getting the blow on your forehead, you have developed an hematoma at that region. This would have consolidated to this swelling. It should slowly resolve. However, it would be good if you can get an X Ray of the skull, to see for any bony injury.

Bleeding during pregnancy is not normal. U need to gets sonography and check that all is fine .there could be some hematoma collection .which can be dissolved with medications. U need to start on progesterone hormone support .and hcg injections.
