Hii doctor i'm 23 age woman. And 12 week pregnant also. Everything is normal but last week my doctor see an evidence in my ultrasound. (sch) subchorionic hematoma 1.7 cc .my doctor said to take some medicine and hucog 5000 injection for three weeks. And advised to stay on bed rest .my question is this sch large or small. This is go away for this medicine or not. Or any problems in delivery pls help to understand.

Mostly it will disapprar with proper rest and medication
this is nothing to do with delivery. you can have normal delivery

At 5 weeks I found a subchronic hematoma, doctor prescribed proluton depot inj to stop bleeding. I was also taking ecosprin from the start of pregnancy. My doc advised me to stop that. After a week in other scan, found baby's heartbeat. But the clot was still there. Now my doc is asking me to start ecosprin again. I am little confused now. Should I start ecosprin again? I also had a miscarriage 5 months back. So I am a little stressed. please suggest.

If the clot has decreased, there is no problem in starting ecosprin again. It decreases the chances of miscarriage.

My father is age of 83 having swelling on right hand shoulder with very hard and big like cricket ball, and every time it get too much pain and even he gets so much weakness in the whole body .It is in the right shoulder well defined intramuscular SOL findings are likely suggestive of intramuscular chronic hematoma. Cytopatholoy - Fine needle aspiration cytology. Impression- Cytopathology S/o Hematoma. Kindly give remedy for the pain and to reduce the size of swelling which is a size of cricket ball and very hard in touching. Kindly advice some lape or medicine which can reduce the size and pain. Doctor says it is v big operation to perform because father is around 83 of old and cannot in position to bear with that. Sir is there any lape or medicine in Ayurveda which can reduce the size and pain. Thanks. Regards.

I am 8 weeks pregnant. I had slight bleeding at my 6th week and my doc took scan and said the baby is doing fine and said she could see sub chorionic hematoma (sch). She has given some susten tablets and weekly injection. I had no spotting or bleeding for ten days. Now since last night I again see some bleed. I walked down two floors and went for some veg shopping. Does this affect? Is this kind of bleed common and does it go and come after some time. Does the size of sch reduce as days pass. Please advice and guide though I have an appointment after two weeks. This is my second pregnancy and my first pregnancy went on very normal without any prob.

As your scan was showing subchorionic hematoma, one thing may be possible that that hematoma may have dislodged and cause bleeding, or it may lead to threatened miscaariage, but just get one ultrasound for confirmation, do not do sternious work.

Hi am 14 week pregnant. On my 12 week nt scan I diagnosed with low lying placenta and retroplacental hematoma size 3*2.5 cm. And am in an moderate bed rest .only by the scan I was diagnosed I have no symptoms at all no bleeding not even a spotting. And my Dr. advice me to take ecosprin 150 and progesterone (susten200) thrice a day. I am seems so worried and confused and I feel stressed. Pls give me your suggestions. And this is my second child. First I gave by emergency c section on her 38 the week.

Hi, why don't you ask your gynae to explain you that this medicine like susten once daily and duphaston twice daily for preg support harmones and haemup is iron supplementation once daily .suprox is uterus relaxant once daily. Infact take proper rest after susten better at niteand suprox noon time. Actually you hav right to ask d doctor about whatever medicine she is giving you. Continue thyroid medicine. But he will sound some sound on ear and after 6 months we did brain ct scan and the impression was" csf density is seen in the left temporal lobe .possible gliotic focus. My father (age 65) got first brain stroke in 2011. After treatment he was fine but then in 2015 he got another stroke. Since then he is on medication. During this period he got many seizure attack. From few months he is losing his vision. Mri report says: 1.) gliotic changes in right frontal and right temporal lobe. 2.) a non enhancing t1 hyperintense, t2/flare hyperintense lesion (1.7×0.7 cm) in right frontal lobe s/o calcification? Calcified hematoma 3) peri-ventricular white matter hyperintensity in t2/flair images s/o arteriosclerotic changes 4.) diffuse cerebral atrophy. He is also having problem in passing stool. He doesn't get the pressure for 2 to 3 days. Sometimes 5 days too. How to deal with this? What are the possibilities and challenges to bring him back to the normal condition.
