UnDisplaced fracture does not need surgery.
In case there are changes in hematoma or increase in symptoms. Then only you will need surgery.
It is better you follow the instructions of the neurosurgeon.

Treatment depends on the vital parameters of the body and history for this bleeding to happen and I will suggest you to contact a neurologist for further guidance.

It depends on size of haematoma...
If it is small, best advice I can give you is just reduce your stress...be calm and go for meditation and yoga. this will help you a lot, and if larger then you need to consult a gynaecologist...

Hello-
You have gone through frenulum tear during sex, it is due to your tight foreskin attachment which needs to be cured permanently in order to avoid any such effects in future. Haematoma will subside itself by rest under aseptic surroundings, so dare not to infect the wound.
