In case there are changes in hematoma or increase in symptoms. Then only you will need surgery.
It is better you follow the instructions of the neurosurgeon.

If it is small, best advice I can give you is just reduce your stress...be calm and go for meditation and yoga. this will help you a lot, and if larger then you need to consult a gynaecologist...

Vault haematoma needs to be managed conservatively it will get liquify or organised.. just prevent infection. repeat a sonography after 3 months.

You have gone through frenulum tear during sex, it is due to your tight foreskin attachment which needs to be cured permanently in order to avoid any such effects in future. Haematoma will subside itself by rest under aseptic surroundings, so dare not to infect the wound.
