After circumcision there will be swelling for few days. Which subsided with time. You can continue zerodol sp for few more days. You can take chymoral forte tablet three times a day before meal for 5 days. Swelling will decrease. You should visit the operating surgeon once to rule out any infection, hematoma.

Hello, Gynecomastia can be done under local anesthesia or tumescent for mild grades. But mostly its done under general anesthesia. Risks are bleeding, hematoma, asymmetry, swelling, numbness but all of these are easily managable and usually settle without any complications in 1 -2 months.
