General Physician•Ooty
Dear user, it could be a chalazion or an entropion. It is a bacterial infection that will resolve after a course of antibiotics are taken. You can visit an ophthalmologist for this issue. In the meantime you can do a warm compress over the swelling if any pain appears. If you found my answer helpful, please leave a positive feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Aap ki palak ki skin pr ek gangth fo gyi hai. Halazion is a small, usually painless, lump or swelling that appears on your eyelid. A blocked meibomian or oil gland causes this condition. An external stye is an infection in the area of the eyelash follicle and sweat gland. Aap se esh baare mai baat karna chahta hu taaki uchit upchar kr saku.
