the problem your father faces is the blood thinners he is taking for the atrial fibrillation may have to be stopped before the inj for few days. Warfarin may be needed to stop a week before the injection and can be restarted after the vaccination. Aspirin can be conbtinued.

You are quite young at 33 years of age having two cva with high blood pressure is very much worrysome. You have to be very careful in this regard. Apart from controlling your blood pressure ,you have to have a good lifestyle management .in my opinion apart from regular blood pressure check, blood f cholesterols, blood sugar ,you have to have a work up for any sort of cerebral vasculitis, any vascular malformations like aneurysm etc.
