It depends on what grade of power you had in your right upper and lower limb post stroke. If you had grade 1, chances of improvement are grim and if grade 4 then excellent chances, in between grades have intermediate recovery.
Time of recovery also depends on power grade, can vary from 2 months to a year.

You should not stop medicines rather you should decrease the dose of levipil to only evening dose. Also you should go for eeg to rule out hidden seizures in the brain.

The weakness after stroke takes long time to improve and may not recover completely, all these things depend on the area of stroke

This are due to muscular weakness which is very common after cva, do physiotherapy do exercise daily, with this you need proper homeopathic treatment which can be helpful.
